1. What materials do you use?

We use 18K gold or 925 sterling silver as a base metal.
Pieces may include natural pearls and  gemstones depending on the design.

2. Are the pieces handmade?

Yes. Every piece is handcrafted with careful finishing and attention to detail.
Each item is prepared individually after order confirmation.

3. Do you accept custom orders?

Yes. We accept custom designs, sizes and lengths.
You can send us your idea or inspiration photo and we will create it for you.

4. How long does it take to prepare an order?

Preparation time is usually 1 to 5 business days.
Custom orders may require additional time depending on design complexity.

5. Do you ship outside Morocco?

Yes, we ship worldwide.
Delivery time varies depending on the destination and courier.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

For Morocco:
Orders require a 100 MAD deposit via bank transfer to confirm the order.
The remaining balance is paid on delivery or via transfer.

For international clients:
Payment must be completed before shipping through online payment or bank transfer.

7. Can I return or exchange a product?

Returns or exchanges are accepted if the item is unused, in original condition and the request is made within 24 hours of delivery.
Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return.

8. What if I received the wrong item?

If the item is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will review your case and provide a replacement or solution.

9. Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes. Orders are packaged carefully and gift wrapping is available upon request.
