This policy explains how orders are processed, packaged and delivered for customers in Morocco and worldwide.


1. Order Processing Time

All jewelry is handcrafted individually.
Processing time before shipping is usually:

• 3 to 7 business days
• Longer for custom-made orders depending on complexity

You will be notified once your order is prepared and ready for shipment.


2. Shipping Within Morocco

We ship to all Moroccan cities through trusted delivery partners.
Once the order leaves our workshop, delivery time typically ranges from:

• 2 to 5 business days depending on location

Customers will receive delivery updates and may be contacted by the courier for confirmation.


3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide.
International delivery time varies based on destination and customs processing.

Estimated average:

• 7 to 21 business days
(delays may occur due to customs or logistics in the destination country)

Buyers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes or delivery fees applied by their country.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on region, weight and delivery method.
International shipping fees may vary depending on destination.


5. Order Confirmation & Payment

Morocco

To confirm an order, a 100 MAD deposit is required via bank transfer.
The remaining amount may be paid on delivery or via transfer if preferred.

International

Payment must be completed before shipping.
Orders begin processing only after payment is verified.


6. Tracking

When available, a tracking number will be provided so you may monitor your delivery progress online.


7. Packaging

All pieces are packaged carefully to protect them during transit.
If your order includes multiple items, we may package them separately for safety.


8. Lost or Delayed Orders

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.
However, we will assist you in contacting the carrier if delays exceed normal timeframes.

If a package is lost in transit, cases will be reviewed individually.


9. Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a package is returned due to incorrect address details, the buyer may be charged for reshipment.
