All pieces are handmade using 18K gold or 925 silver, combined with natural pearls and real gemstones.
Slight variations may occur in color tone or stone pattern as natural materials are unique by nature. This is not considered a defect.

Prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirhams unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to update product prices, stock availability, and promotions at any time. Final price is confirmed at checkout.

4. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message.
Custom-made items may require additional processing time depending on the design.
Loreya Jewelry reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of incorrect information, payment issues or rare circumstances.

5. Payment

For customers in Morocco

Orders require a 100 MAD deposit via bank transfer for confirmation. Remaining balance can be paid upon delivery or via transfer if preferred.

For international customers

Payment is completed through online payment or bank transfer prior to shipping.

Orders begin processing only after payment is validated.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Morocco and internationally.
Delivery times may vary depending on location, shipping method and product type.
Shipping delays caused by courier services or customs are outside our control.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges may be accepted within 3 days of delivery, if the item is unused, undamaged and in original packaging.
Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return except in case of manufacturing issues.

We accept special requests for sizing, custom lengths and personalized designs.
Production time and pricing will vary depending on material selection and complexity.
