Thank you for shopping with Loreya Jewelry.
We take great care in crafting each piece, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Please read the policy below for returns and exchanges.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

• The item is unused and in perfect condition
• The item is returned in its original packaging
• The return request is made within 24 hours of delivery

Items that show wear, damage or alteration after delivery are not eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Custom-made and personalized orders
• Items requested with special sizing or unique design
• Pieces showing signs of use or modification

These items are created specifically for the client and cannot be resold.


3. Return Process

To request a return, contact us with:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Reason for return
• Clear photos of the item (if necessary)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Items must be shipped back securely in original packaging.


4. Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

International customers are responsible for customs or import fees during return shipment if applicable.


5. Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing may take:

• 3 to 7 business days after approval
• Bank processing time may vary based on region

Deposits for Moroccan orders are non-refundable unless the request is cancelled before production begins.


6. Exchanges

Exchanges may be accepted for unused items within 7 days of delivery, subject to available stock.
For custom orders, we may offer adjustments or resizing instead of exchange.


7. Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will review your case and arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.
